To help your property stand out, I also create a compelling MLS listing description based on the home's features, upgrades, and selling points you provide. Each description is written to highlight the property's best attributes while remaining compliant with MLS guidelines.

In addition to listing preparation, I help ensure your transaction starts on the right foot by managing key compliance tasks. I provide a broker compliance checklist, verify that all required seller disclosures have been collected, confirm HOA documentation when applicable, determine whether a lead-based paint disclosure is required for homes built before 1978, and provide all compliance documents to you upon receipt.
